We accept all major credit cards.


We offer free shipping for all orders over $30, and $5 flat rate shipping for any orders less than $30.


Humm ships to all US states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. To locate our product in stores near you, see the Find A Store feature on our website. We unfortunately do not ship internationally at this time.


All orders on Humm.com ship directly from our warehouse with the help of our partners at UPS. Typically, most orders arrive in 3-5 business days.


When your order is processed, you will receive a UPS tracking number. Please use this tracking number for additional information and timing regarding your shipment.


Original – no refrigeration required during shipping. Please refrigerate after it arrives.

Zero – no refrigeration required during shipping or after it arrives. This product is shelf stable and never requires refrigeration.

Whole30 - no refrigeration required during shipping. Please refrigerate after it arrives.


RETURNS

In order to best protect our temperature-sensitive product, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, if you experience any issues with your order please email support@hummkombucha.com so we can make things right.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a grocery store or from another location other than our website should be directed to where the product was purchased.
