We accept all major credit cards. You can also checkout using Shop Pay. We are always looking to add additional payment options that our customers prefer, so if we don't have your preferred payment method, feel free to contact us with your request!

We provide free shipping within the contiguous United States for orders exceeding $40. For orders below $40, we apply a flat rate of $10. Keep in mind that this $10 fee is significantly lower than our actual shipping costs—we’re committed to keeping our kombuchas as affordable as possible for you!

Humm ships to all US states, except Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internally or to US territories.

All orders placed on hummkombucha.com ship directly from our warehouse in beautiful Bend, Oregon. We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of purchase, however, during busy periods, we ask that you allow 3-5 business days. Please note that our team is only able to fulfill orders Monday-Friday.

When your order is processed, our store will email you a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. Simply click the tracking number to see your package's estimated arrival or shipping status.

Humm Kombucha is made in a state-of-the-art brewing facility in Bend, Oregon. We use a proprietary fermentation process called FIT, which was developed in conjunction with a major research university. Our exclusive FIT technology allows us to ferment Humm Kombucha in a controlled environment that enhances product stability, limits alcohol and ensures vibrant microbial activity. With our FIT process, Humm Kombucha is now able to ship our products in ambient conditions for up to 7 days with no impact on product quality or food safety. For Original and Whole 30 Kombuchas, please refrigerate once your product arrives. Humm Zero Sugar Kombucha, Probiotic Sodas, and Probiotic Seltzers are shelf stable and do not require refrigeration.

In order to best protect our temperature-sensitive product, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us at support@hummkombucha.com so that we can make things right!

Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a grocery store or a location other than our website should be directed to where the product was purchased. Please note that product purchased from an entity other than Humm Kombucha online is not authorized and we cannot attest to their food safety adherence. We encourage you to always purchase directly from Humm Kombucha online.
