These rates apply to all one-time purchases and first-time subscription orders. Customers pay far less than our actual shipping costs—we’re committed to keeping our kombucha as affordable and accessible as possible.
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Central Oregon, and the actual cost of freight varies significantly based on how far each shipment has to travel. Our updated flat-rate structure reflects these regional differences while still keeping shipping as affordable as possible — customers continue to pay much less than the true cost of freight.
Recurring subscription orders now ship free after the first shipment, which remains the best long-term way to save on shipping. This updated approach helps us keep our pricing predictable and sustainable, maintain fair rates across regions, and continue shipping reliably nationwide without raising product prices.

Humm Kombucha is brewed in our state-of-the-art facility in Bend, Oregon using a proprietary controlled fermentation process called FIT. This process enhances product stability, limits alcohol, and supports vibrant microbial activity.
Thanks to FIT, Original, Whole30, and Nitro Kombucha can travel safely at ambient temperatures for up to 7 days in transit. Please refrigerate these items upon arrival. Humm Zero Sugar Kombucha and Probiotic Seltzers are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration.
Your first subscription order follows our standard region-based shipping rates. Free shipping begins with your second order and all recurring shipments after that.
One-time add-ons ship with your recurring subscription shipment and still qualify for free shipping.
Your first subscription shipment is treated as a standard purchase at checkout. Free shipping applies automatically to all recurring shipments once your subscription begins renewing.
We ship to all U.S. states except Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally or to U.S. territories.
All orders ship from our warehouse in Redmond, Oregon. We strive to ship orders within 24 hours. During high-volume periods, please allow 3–5 business days. Our team fulfills orders Monday through Friday.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Click the link anytime to see your package’s status or estimated delivery date.
We accept all major credit cards, and you can check out using Shop Pay. We’re always exploring additional payment options, so if we’re missing your preferred method, please let us know.
Because our products are temperature-sensitive, we’re not able to accept returns. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us at support@hummkombucha.com so we can make things right.
