Humm Kombucha

What is that yellow sphere in the sky?

(and other spring-related musings)

Can you believe it’s already March? Seems like 5 minutes ago we were reading Hygge books while soup simmered on the stove top.

But it’s not all bad. Spring is coming!

And with it comes rebirth, renewal, and recycling the shorts you pulled out of the attic that don’t fit anymore because you didn’t get to go outside very much over the last year or so. Ho hum.

Spring is also a time for refreshment. So, we’re looking ahead and thinking about kombucha cocktails that are sure to hit the spot when the sun finally shows it’s face again.

Humm Kombucha

Here’s one to try:

Kombucha Mule

• Crushed ice

• ½ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

• 2 ounces vodka

• 4 ounces lemon ginger Humm Kombucha

• For garnish: lime wedge, mint sprig, and/or slice of granny smith apple
